These SMS Terms apply to messages you receive from Alpha Network Alliance Ventures Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive SMS or MMS messages, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
When you opt in, we may send you transactional and promotional messages relating to the Alpha Insider Briefing, partnership opportunity alerts, deal notifications, network updates, events, and intelligence brief notifications, as well as information about your subscription. Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 8 messages per month.
2. Carriers and Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery caused by your wireless carrier. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Opt-In
You consent to receive recurring text messages from Alpha Network Alliance Ventures Inc. at the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using an Automatic Telephone Dialing System (ATDS). Consent is not a condition of any purchase or subscription decision. You confirm that you are the subscriber of the mobile number or have authorization to provide it. Your opt-in authorization takes precedence over any previous registration on any federal or state Do Not Call registry.
4. Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive. After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message and we will cease sending non-transactional messages. For assistance, reply HELP to any message or email support@alphanetworkalliance.com. We will respond with information about the program and how to contact us.
6. Privacy
Information you provide in connection with the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Changes
We may modify or terminate the SMS program at any time, with or without notice. We will post any material changes to these SMS Terms on this page.
